• 倉儲現場進出貨、各項改包工作、持續改善等現場作業管理
• 倉庫動線及儲位規劃與管理
• 每日/每週/每月/每年倉庫盤點、庫存數據維護與更新
• 優化倉庫管理制度與作業方法，以達成營運績效目標
• 計畫並導入新科技應用，強化營運效能
• 各項管理報表製作、統計與分析
• 確認異常問題所在，提出並執行有效的解決方案
• 協助資深主管執行各項資源規劃與調度，以達成團隊目標
• 其他主管交辦事項及各項專案執行

You will participate in the following roles and responsibilities:

• Plan and implement warehouse operations, e.g. inbound & outbound operations, value-added services, continuous improvement and so on to create values for our customers
  
• Design/redesign warehouse layout and storage planning to drive utilization rate to the most effective.
• Handle daily/weekly/monthly/yearly warehouse inventory check and records to ensure accuracy and SOP implementation.
• Optimize warehouse management systems/solutions and operational methods to drive operational excellence.
• Drive innovation and valuable changes by introducing technology-based solutions to optimize efficiency as well as effectiveness of operations.
• Prepare, analyze, and interpret various management reports to trigger valuable managerial initiatives for improvement.
• Identify issues, propose effective solutions, and implement corrective measures to pursue continuous improvement.
• Support senior leaders in resource planning and scheduling to achieve team's goals.
• Execute tasks assigned by senior leadership and participate in various assignment implementations.

1. 畢業後二年以內工作經驗，具倉儲物流相關產業經驗尤佳

2. 良好的邏輯分析、溝通表達及問題解決能力，且具備團隊精神

3. 願意接受公司不同任務安排及培訓，以利專業發展者

4. 英文程度中等以上 (TOEIC 700分以上)

1. Graduated within the two years; relevant working experience in logistics industries is highly preferred.
2. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
3. Willing to take various assignments and learning opportunities for professional development and advancement.
4. Good spoken and written English (TOEIC 700)
