Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare. IT Officer

The main functions of the IT department are to provide support and services related to information technology within MSF, ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of the company's information systems and technological resources to support business operations and achieve organizational goals. Moreover, the IT department also responsible for putting cybersecurity measures in place to safeguard the infrastructure, systems, and data from cyber threats.

Major Responsibilities

• Understand the objectives of the planned IT strategies and project and assist IT Manager with implementation.
• Maintain the availability of IT systems and infrastructures.
• Ensure the cybersecurity measures are in place.
• Provide effective and efficient support to end users.
• Assist with the digitalization and automation of internal workflows.

資訊專員

資訊部門主要職責在提供組織內部與資訊技術相關的支援及服務，維護公司資訊系統和技術資源有效運作，以確保公司運作不受影響，進而達成組織目標。此外，資訊部門亦負責執行網路安全措施，以保護基礎設施、系統和數據免受網路威脅的影響。

主要工作內容：

• 了解資訊部門策略及專案目標，並協助IT經理執行。
• 管理組織資訊系統及其他設備，確保運作正常。
• 維護及確保組織系統、網路及資訊安全。
• 提供有效且快速的使用者服務。
• 協助組織內部流程數位化及自動化。

Requirements

• University education or equivalent preferably in IT or related discipline
• Over 2-year relevant IT generalist experience;
• Advanced knowledge of network and server maintenance and user troubleshooting
• Advanced experience with Microsoft M365 or Salesforce is highly preferable.
• Basic knowledge of programming, including but not limited to HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and SQL
• Basic sense of Cloud service and SaaS service
• Basic sense of cybersecurity
• Experience with data analytic skill is highly preferable.
• Ability to work under pressure and to respect deadlines.
• Good communication skill is a plus.
• Possesses an open-minded spirit, demonstrate a willingness to embrace new challenges.
• Communication level in both spoken and written English

資格：

• 學士學位，資訊及相關科系尤佳。
• 具兩年以上資訊相關工作經驗。
• 具網路及伺服器管理及使用者問題排除能力。
• 具微軟 M365或Salesforce使用經驗尤佳。
• 具備程式設計基礎知識，包含但不限於HTML、JavaScript、CSS及SQL。
• 具備雲端伺服器及SaaS服務的基礎知識。
• 具備網路及資訊安全基礎知識。
• 具數據分析經驗者尤佳。
• 具抗壓性，能在既定時間內完成交辦工作。
• 良好的人際溝通能力。
• 能夠接受新的想法，願意接受新挑戰。
• 具備基礎的英文溝通及書寫能力。
