主要職責：
- 制定社群影響力策略，達成用戶增長及訂閱會員增長目標；
- 與行銷PM協作擬定海外各市場社群經營策略；
- 保持對社群趨勢關注，將reels, stories等玩法有效應用；
- 整合內部資源，針對海外重點市場，建立KOC及忠誠用戶推廣體系；
- 網路媒體、藝人跨界合作創意發想、洽談及執行。
- 英文能力佳。

- Build and implement social media and influencer marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to focus on business metrics and strategy building.
- Stay current with social media trends such as Reels, Stories, and Tiktok, and incorporate them into strategies.
- Integrate internal resources to establish influencer(KOL/KOC/loyal users) promotion systems.
- Negotiate and execute creative ideas for media and celebrity cross-border collaborations.
- Excellent command of English.

其他加分條件 :

- 2年以上社群媒體經營/KOL、KOC合作等相關經驗
- 具備專案管理能力，擅長跨部門溝通、資源整合；
- 掌握社群生態及趨勢，充滿好奇，有良好學習力；
- 多益800以上或其他檢定同等成績
- 有海外市場社群行銷經驗，優先評估。

- At least 2 years of experience in social media management, KOL/KOC collaboration, or related fields.
- Project management skills with experience in cross-departmental communication and resource integration;
- Familiarity with social media ecosystems and trends, curious and eager to learn.
- TOEIC score of 860 or equivalent;
- Experience in overseas social marketing is preferred.
