What You'll be Doing:
- 負責測試工具和測試平台的需求分析和設計工作，承擔核心代碼編寫職責；
- 參與測試開發體系建設，團隊技術規劃和相關測試技術平台建設和技術輸出；
- 能結合現有技術體系和行業發展趨勢，參與製定適合的技術架構發展規劃和方案，並推動方案落地實現；
- 測試領域新技術、方法的研究、應用與推廣，通過工具和技術創新，提升測試的質量和效率，賦能業務，提升行業影響力。
What We Look For in You:
- 1.5年以上互聯網及傳統行業的開發測試質量控制經驗，經歷過大型軟件的研發工作，對軟件研發有豐富的經驗，同時又具備互聯網軟件研發經驗
- 對軟件質量保障有體系化的思考和經驗。能夠面對複雜情況建立體系化的軟件質量控制的策略和模型，並具備良好的落地實踐經驗
- 有較強的分析設計能力，測試框架研發和方案整合能力；優秀的測試架構設計和實現能力，有復雜系統分析和設計經驗；
- 優秀的代碼實現能力，熟練掌握java、python其中一種或兩種語音，熟悉linux系統、shell腳本及Mysql數據庫，熟悉常見的中間件，並有實際項目經驗
- 具備良好的團隊合作精神，善於協調溝通，具備較高的問題推動解決能力，理解和適應變化，以結果和行動為準則，努力追求成功
- 邏輯能力強、思維活躍，接受新事物能力強。具有較強的定位問題、解決問題經驗
- 對金融及相關技術有濃厚興趣或項目經驗者優先，有持續集成和測試平台搭建經驗優先
Salary Range
Junior Engineer: 1,000,000-1,500,000/Y
Senior Engineer: 1,500,000-2,000,000/Y
