Job Description
Cloudmile is searching for an experienced event planner to help us build and maintain our business by conducting various types of events. The ideal candidate is passionate, creative, and detail oriented, and dedicated to performing superb outcome at every turn. This role demands an expert in all aspects of event, meeting, and conference planning, including cost containment, venue scouting, equipment logistics, room setup, and a wealth of best practices.

Objectives of this Role
Maintain a close connection with GCP partnership team to successfully manage annual event planning and execution, this includes establishing the promotional strategy, budget inquiry, and co-marketing/PR programs required to drive profitable growth of GCP.
Manage all aspects of event planning meeting strict deadlines and budget demands, including vendors, venues, and other industry contacts to craft and implement creative and logistical aspects of all events in 3 markets.
Stay current, and often ahead of the curve, on GCP related event planning, design, and production trends, proactively identifying and solving operational challenges
Work with sales leadership in 3 markets to generate quality leads from offline events for business development.
