About:

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Designing and executing backend systems to process real-time trading data, prioritizing high performance, reliability, and scalability.
  2. Collaborating closely with engineering, product, and design teams to create and integrate cutting-edge trading features.
  3. Overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initial concept to deployment, which includes defining project scopes, objectives, and timelines.
  4. Guiding junior engineers through mentorship, advocating for best practices, and nurturing a culture centered around technical excellence.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  1. Advanced proficiency in Golang.
  2. Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience, with at least 4 years dedicated to building Golang-based backend systems.
  3. Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  4. Demonstrated capability to independently develop features from start to finish with minimal supervision.
  5. Solid grasp of software engineering principles and design patterns.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Hands-on experience with high-performance computing systems, real-time data streaming infrastructure, and optimizing system performance.
  2. Track record in developing, scaling, and maintaining real-time trading systems, including matching engines, market-making algorithms, or similar high-frequency trading strategies.
  3. Proven history of constructing highly reliable systems with a focus on fault tolerance and system stability.
  4. Familiarity with financial derivatives and trading concepts.
