As a Brand Manager, your role is to captivate and enchant your target customers, establish a compelling brand identity, and drive exceptional brand performance. If you have a passion for Food and an entrepreneurial spirit, this role is for you.

POSITION SNAPSHOT

You will be part of a fast-growing Marketing Team, which facilitate business continually. In this position, you will develop and execute brand plans/activities for the portfolio and drive the sales. More, by analyzing consumer insights, market data and competitor data thoroughly to build long-term strategic plan and initiatives. As a team member in our high growth environment, you will be challenged, inspired, and appreciated.

A day in the life of Brand Manager:


• Develop and implement of marketing plans, including deep-dive consumer insights, lead agency to develop campaigns, co-ordinate with Sales and Trade Marketing team to delivery business results
• Analysis of product forecasts/relevant financials and reporting on product sales
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, optimize spends and performance based on the insights with budget management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user experiences
• Drive and manage agency (media and production agency)

    Requirements

    EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree above, minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing or major years of experience in brand/product management/marketing plus other function ideally Sales at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG
    • Experience working in cross functional teams, leading cross functional projects
    • Strong time management with positive working morale
    • A strong focus on results
