Senior UXUI Product Designer_ 資深產品設計師

Purpose of Role

The successful candidate will be a driven digital product designer, with a strong emphasis on user research, product thinking, and experience with mobile apps. They will endeavour to ensure that all user-experience journeys across all products and channels offer smooth and intuitive interactions.
Passionate about product formation, UX/UI design, and data analysis, the candidate will utilise their strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive amidst ambiguity. They will not only design but also understand the 'why' behind their decisions, championing user needs based on research and data.

Key Responsibilities

● Carry out design investigations and user research to thoroughly understand business and user needs. Use these insights to inform design decisions
● Collaborate closely with Product Managers to create user flow, wireframes, and prototypes, effectively communicating your ideas using any design methods
● Embrace a product mindset, thinking strategically about how design decisions impact the overall product and align with business goals
● Work closely with developers and engineers to create appealing, user-friendly, and crisp UI assets to implement intuitive user experiences
● Mentor juniors and interns, providing support and general guidance to foster a culture of growth and learning
● Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency between branding, messaging, and the product UX/UI
● Actively participate in discussions, and propose solutions. Be willing to productively advocate for things they think are right, grounded in research and user understanding

Skills and Educational / Qualification Requirements

● Fluent in written and spoken English
● 4+ years of experience designing user interfaces for mobile applications
● Proven experience conducting user research and utilising data to inform design decisions
● Strong understanding of product strategy and ability to align design decisions with broader product goals
● Technical understanding (HTML, CSS, etc.) and familiarity with UI/UX development guidelines (e.g., iOS/ Material Design Guidelines)
● Experience using tools such as Sketch, Figma and Excel
● Ability to move fast and ship work while maintaining a high standard of quality
