1.Define new strategies business plans (business models) and operations for new software solution.
2.Identify market benchmark and study business model and vertical know-how.
3.Identify business opportunities and penetrate new markets.
4.Identify leads and business opportunities, nurturing and converting potential leads to improve seller pipeline quality.
5.Drive end-to-end sales cycle by growing new accounts as well as penetrating business within existing accounts.
6.Define where, when, and how will expand its operations into new industries or geographies (or a combination thereof).
7.Work with Sales to support data collection and mapping data from multiple channels.
8.Establish tools, reports, and dashboards to track lead pipeline.

1. Minimum 8 years’ experience in hardware + software/digital solution business development/sales.
2. Having experience of building new business model from zero is strong preferred.
4. Computer Science, or Software Product Manager experience is preferred.
5. Experienced in promoting software solution in education, corporate, ProAV verticals is preferred.
