PRCL is an independent marketing and communications firm, established in Hong Kong in 1984. Today, PRCL is headquartered in Hong Kong and has a staff of 25 professionals, with wholly owned branch offices located in Taipei, Taiwan; Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; Shanghai and Guangzhou, China.
