Pickupp is hiring an Operations Manager to build and grow our logistics tech business in Taiwan, with a focus in our warehouse and distribution operations. This is a team leader role that will focus on managing our growing portfolio of partner warehouses that support our last mile deliveries in the e-commerce space. This role will be based in Taipei. About The Role:

• Warehouse Strategy & Operations: Manage all aspects of daily warehouse and logistics operations, setup and implement SOPs, and develop warehouse team talent.
• Manage Warehouses: Lead business development efforts to source and partner with external vendors on warehouse solutions. Monitor and manage performance of warehouses to execute end-to-end processes of inbound, outbound, sorting, distribution, and handling parcels in a tech-driven manner.
• Manage Delivery Agents: Manage fleet of delivery agents in performance, quality and efficiency.
• Innovate and Automate: Develop, optimize, and automate logistics processes to increase operational efficiency for warehouse and delivery agents.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Proven experience in leading small and effective teams with sound business judgement.
• Strong communications in collaborating with internal and external parties.
• Strong with numbers, budgeting and data analysis for decision making; knowledge in SQL is a strong plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Top-notch problem solving and hustle skills, plus ability to adapt to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making mentality.
• Demonstrated record of positively owning and leading initiatives and projects.
