Product Manager (Feature) 產品經理

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for analyzing paid user characteristics, defining paid user portrait, and gaining a deeper understanding of product users.
- Responsible for optimization of product content modules, develop and manage a detailed project timelines and work plan, and be accountable for the final results.
- Verify the conclusions through data analysis (ABtest) or other methods, and promote continuous iteration and improvement.

職務內容:

- 負責分析付費用戶特徵，定義付費用戶畫像，更深入的了解產品的用戶。
- 負責產品基礎模塊的優化，制定 Timeline、把控項目節奏，並對最終效果負責。
- 透過數據分析（ABtest）等方式驗證結論，推進產品不斷的的迭代與改進。

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above in any field.
- 2+ years of product management experience in mobile app. Able to clarify product goals, dismantling the problem and workflow.
- Full of curiosity and love of learning, passionate about new things and willing to do the research.
- Excellent execution skills, able to cooperate with the team to complete the closed loop of the project start from scratch.
- Possess data thinking, be sensitive to numbers, and strict logical thinking.
- Responsible, motivated, positive working attitude, adapt to changes quickly, and can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

- 具備學士或以上學歷。
- 有 2 年以上移動產品經驗，能明確產品目標，拆解工作路徑。
- 具備一顆充滿探索的好奇心，喜歡琢磨，鑽研最新流行內容。
- 能夠根據公司流程規範，獨立把控項目，能對項目從最初構想到最終收尾有節奏的進行推動。
- 具備數據思維，對數字敏感，具備嚴密的邏輯思維。
- 負責、積極、正面的工作態度，能適應變化快速的工作情況與環境。
