We’re looking for a highly skilled marketing director to help us promote our products in the Music Industry (including software and hardware), and identify what consumers want to help us create more. Our ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience and a comprehensive knowledge of branding. He/she will have the ability to lead a team of marketing, designers and developers, and interact with clients on a regular basis. 【What You'll Do】

• Oversee the marketing department and effect its growth, consistently identifying revenue opportunities within our existing customers and managing consistent growth by new users.
• Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for marketing team
• Create, plan and develop full marketing briefs collaborating with multiple executional teams such as AR (Artist Relations), PR, monetization, sales, product, support, etc
• Partner with US marketing team to identify new business opportunities and goals, increasing key performance indicators
• Partner with the product marketing team to create, execute, and optimize customer journeys for Positive Grid’s users that maximize customer LTV
• Create demand generation, market intelligence and lead generation. Craft competitor reports and research/benchmark case studies for marketing team members
• Lead the development of our marketing plans working closely with designers/R&D/PM team, to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on cultivating audiences for our products and services
• Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations
• Excellence in team management, with strong focus on internal and external multi-cultural communication

【Who You Are】

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications, master’s degree is a plus
• more than 10 years of experience in digital marketing and 5 years of being Marketing Director/VP
• Successful track record in senior marketing roles and marketing campaign creation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Excellent operation of digital advertising including google/facebook ads
• Plenty experience with digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
• Excellent written and spoken English language
• Experience with D2C focused marketing a plus
