Role Description

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for running the take-on and software development projects implementing the Prive Financial Solutions for clients, and coordinating with the Project Management Office and external teams to deliver multiple projects at a time using a hybrid approach. The projects are small to medium-large sized length from one to six months and could be delivered across the globe disregarding the Senior Project Manager’s homebase region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business and Information Technology are preferred)
• Post graduate degree or Master’s degree of Business and Administration will be advantageous
• PMP or Prince 2, or any agile certification (Safe, Scrum, Kanban, or equivalent) is a must
• More than 5 years of more than 5 years experience delivering projects in a software environment with specific experience managing projects using a formal SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Minimum 7 years of work experience in a technical environment (preferably software development)
• Some experience in financial services industry
• Residing in Taiwan
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese, and highly proficient in English
• Problem solver with strong analytical skills and great attention to detail
• Able to multitask and highly organised
• A self motivated individual, able to work effectively in with different teams
