Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. In this role, the Financial Assistant will provide support to our management team and assist in managing day-to-day financial operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Manage and track expenses and budgets
• Prepare and file financial reports and statements
• Incorporate PT PMA companies for our clients and manage the accounting related duties of the new companies
• Assist in payroll calculation and insurance benefits
• Comply with mandatory annual filing and tax reporting
• Conduct financial analysis on company financial statements, cash flow, and other financial reports
• Monitor and report on financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
• Other day-to-day initiatives to support the senior members to complete their tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in PT PMA company accounting and incorporation or similar experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Xero and other financial software
• Understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
