Job Description

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth and meet company objectives.
  2. Identify target markets and customer segments to create tailored marketing campaigns.
  3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  5. Create and manage engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website.
  6. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners.
  8. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote the company's products and services.

Requirements

  1. Fluent in English.
  2. Experience as a head of merchandise.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  4. Proven experience in sales marketing, preferably in retail.
  5. Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Proficiency in using marketing tools and software.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
