• Bachelor of Engineering, having letter of Competence is preferred
• Proficient in English is an advantage
• Have a good knowledge of CAD
• Understand MEP scope of works
• Understand HVAC calculations as part of MEP
• Finish their study ina related major
• Have a good experience (at least 5 years) in fit-out building and services tenants
• Have proper expertise in the same or related field as an MEP engineer
