About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Brand Acquisition Senior Staff on a contract basis. This role is pivotal in expanding our brand portfolio and driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential brands, initiating contact, and securing partnerships. This position offers a competitive commission-based compensation structure, with monthly targets to incentivize performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential brands that align with our company's objectives and target market.
  • Initiate contact with brand representatives, decision-makers, and stakeholders through various channels such as email, phone calls, and networking events.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the value proposition of partnering with our company. Negotiate terms and conditions to secure partnerships.
  • Manage a pipeline of brand acquisition opportunities, tracking progress and updating relevant stakeholders regularly.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify potential brand acquisition opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and legal departments to facilitate the onboarding process for acquired brands.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics and performance against monthly targets. Take proactive measures to address any deviations and ensure targets are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, agreements, and contracts. Generate reports detailing acquisition activities, successes, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or brand acquisition, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Interview process

The interview process consists of three stages: an interview with HR, an interview with User 1, who is the direct reporting line, and an interview with User 2, which involves interaction with C-level personnel. All interviews are conducted online via Google Meet calls.
