Support on Customer notification and project-related delivery handling tasks;
Post customer support.
Assist to handle inbound calls for customers.
Other ad-hoc project assigned by supervisor.
Bachelor degree or above.
Proficient in Japanese, JLPT N2 is preferred.
Proficient in English.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to deal courteously and effectively with customers and colleagues.
