 3rd party manpower resource management and manpower planning
 Coordinate overall manpower resources and loan labor support arrangement
 Manpower gap coverage and allocation
 Estimate labor transfer and maintain/improve forecast accuracy
 Coordinate headcount alignment for periodical reviews (QxR) between HR and account teams
 Work with buyer for outsource vendor payment (In Taiwan, Manpower Planner is also in charge of partial buyer functions, eg. Manpower request details, terms and conditions, and pricing. When all these are confirmed, buyer in General Admin will help the procurement process, e.g. PO issuance).
