職責:

•為RESET的主要長期客戶群及碳管理專案提供技術支援,包括基於科學基礎的淨零減排目標和複雜的範疇3挑戰。
•支援大型跨國企業專案,並與尋求長期減少碳足跡的客戶保持長期良好關係。
•參與RESET在香港和其他亞洲策略營運快速成長的團隊發展
•支援資深團隊成員開發新技術,並跟進市場的新趨勢,整合碳標準和測量方法。
•協助準備客戶會議和研討會的演示文稿和報告。
•協助開發新的工具組合和內容,作為專案策略交付的一部分。
•負責研究和分析資訊,撰寫報告和提出建議。
•與資深顧問和整體團隊合作。

We are seeking an experienced Carbon Assistant Consultant to join our Taipei team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience in a dynamic carbon solutions marketplace, helping drive meaningful carbon reductions across the real estate, retail and manufacturing sectors.

【This Position】
The Assistant Consultant role will:
•Provide technical support to RESET’s major long term customer base and the continued evolution of their carbon management programmes including Science-Based and Net Zero targets and complex scope 3 challenges.
•Support projects with major multinational companies and forge and maintain long-term relationships with leading customers seeking to drive long term reductions in their carbon footprint.
•Participate in the development of RESET’s rapidly growing teams in Hong Kong and other strategic Asian locations
•Support the senior team members in evolving RESET’s technical approach and integration of new carbon standards and accounting methodologies as the market matures.
•Prepare presentations and reports for leadership and stakeholder meetings and workshops.
•Contribute to the development of new toolkits and content as part of tactical delivery of the programmes.
•Researching and analyzing information for report generation and recommendations.
•Work collaboratively with the Senior Consultant and the integral team.

• 對工作經驗沒有限制(應屆畢業生也適用),但具有相關碳管裡工作經驗的人員將優先考慮,包括策略制定、碳盤查、減排目標設定或碳目標實施。
• 熟練使用Word、Excel和PowerPoint。
• 具有報告文案撰寫能力。
• 良好的簡報技巧 。
• 具備母語或流利英文能力,中文流利者加分

優先選擇條件:
• 擅長於快節奏的環境中,喜歡跳脫框架思考,喜歡尋找“讓事情實現”的方法,重視透明度和人際關係。
• 具有相關科系(例如環境科學、工程或經濟學)的碩士學位。
• 具有碳盤查經驗,並具備溫室氣體盤查議定書(GHG Protocol)、GRI Standards、碳揭露專案(CDP)、科學基礎減碳目標(SBT)、氣候相關財務揭露報告書(TCFD)和/或ISO 14064等方面的技術知識。
• 熟練掌握Excel VBA和/或環境清單管理軟件。

We are looking for an individual with the following capabilities:
•Be a degree holder in a relevant discipline (e.g. environmental science, engineering, building services or economics).
•Exceptional research, writing and analytical skills.
•Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information with confidence to various internal and external stakeholders.
•Project management experience in a related field and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

•Passionate about solving environmental & sustainability problems with strong analytical capability and knowledge in corporate sustainability and trends at local and global levels.
•No bar on working experience (fresh grads are also applicable) but candidates with working experience on carbon solutions including strategy development, carbon accounting and inventories, reduction target settings and the implementation of carbon targets will be preferred
•Strong MS Excel skillset is essential
•Strong report writing skills
•Demonstrated technical presentation skills
•Native or fluent in English, Mandarin fluency a plus

Bonus Attributes

•Thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys thinking out of the box, like to find ways to “make things happen” and value transparency and relationships
•MSc, MA or MEng in a relevant discipline (e.g. environmental science, engineering, or economics)
•Experience in carbon accounting and technical knowledge of GHG Protocol, GRI Standards, Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), Science Based Target (SBT), Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), and/or ISO 14064 would be advantageous.
•Proficiency in Excel VBA and/or environmental inventory management software.

Interview process

面試前: 公司內部進行履歷書面審核。

第一次面試:進行30-50分鐘的線上或實體面試。雙方互相認識,針對工作環境/內容或工作條件進行說明、薪資/福利/權利與義務說明。

第二次面試: 進行1小時的線上或實體面試。面試主管會依面試者應徵的職缺,要求進行工作能力測試,如簡報技巧或excel能力測試。

面試後: 公司會在1-2週內給予面試結果通知,確認聘僱條件內容和簽約等到職前程序。
