An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and exceptional Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead a dynamic team towards market success. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, ensuring brand message consistency, and contributing to the achievement of sales and market objectives.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a vibrant team towards achieving their performance goals. Your expertise in developing global product marketing strategies will be crucial in driving our products' success in the marketplace. You will serve as a key communicator between various teams within the organisation, fostering collaboration and understanding. Your keen eye on market trends will help us stay ahead of our competitors while meeting our customers' needs. Your ability to manage complex product launches will be instrumental in our growth.

* Lead and guide the product marketing team, ensuring team members meet performance goals

* Develop global product marketing strategies, including positioning, pricing, and promotion

* Serve as a vital communication bridge between the marketing team and the product development team

* Establish and maintain efficient collaborative relationships, including internal teams, sales, partners, and suppliers

* Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust and improve marketing strategies

* Assist in formulating brand messages to ensure consistency across all marketing activities

* Manage and execute complex product launches and promotional activities

* Provide market analysis and data evaluation to guide company strategy and decisions

Requirements

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Product Marketing Manager position brings a wealth of experience in product marketing along with proven leadership skills. With at least eight years of experience in the field, you have honed your ability to analyse markets effectively and formulate winning strategies. Your excellent collaboration skills make you an effective communicator who can bridge gaps between different teams within the organisation. Your fluency in Chinese and English further enhances your ability to operate effectively on a global scale.

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Product Planning or related field

* At least 8 years of relevant product marketing experience

* Deep understanding of market analysis and strategy formulation

* Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills

* Experience in global market marketing is highly desirable

* Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
