助理產品經理 Assistant product manager

我們是一間專注在全球市場的新創公司，因應公司業務高速發展，徵求具有解決問題能力、具備客戶思維、聰明、可自主管理的人才加入研發團隊。

工作內容：
1.參與新產品開發流程，協助團隊管控專案的時程及品質。
2.現有產品的料件管控，包含庫存與採購。
3.撰寫產品需求文檔及產品調校，協助開發團隊理解與掌握需求。
4.建立產品文檔庫 : 編寫產品相關文檔，如產品說明書、使用手冊及其他相關文檔建置
5.協調團隊進行BOM(Bill of Materials)製作與變更之管制。
6.訂單排程預估調節與新案進度跟催與備貨流程。
7.確保物料進出與生產排程之正確性與掌握度。
8.協助出貨相關事宜。
9.供應商開發、維護及管理。

工作經驗：2年以上

本公司作業系統為Mac OS，配發Apple Mac筆電工作。

Our growing company is searching for an Assistant Product/Project Manager who can offer reliable support to the product development team and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases. The coordinator will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with larger customers, ensuring that all sales documents and agreements are completed before they are filed and updating the customer contact information as needed. Job Description:
1. Managing relationship with suppliers on and off site
2. build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers
3. Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality
4. Project management ; Sourcing NPI item in line with requirement
5. Produce reports and statistics using computer software
6. Quarterly/ half year cost improvement negotiations
7. Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities
8. Benchmarking of existing products
9. Logistics and inventory management using software
