Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Utilize a combination of email, phone, and social media to reach out to potential leads
  • Lead Qualification: Engage with leads to determine their fit for our products/services. Ensure that only high-quality leads are passed on to the sales team.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update our CRM with accurate lead data, ensuring that the sales team has all the information they need to close deals.
  • Use of Sales Tech Tools: Leverage various sales automation tools to optimize lead generation processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Feedback Loop: Work closely with the sales team to gather feedback on lead quality and refine prospecting strategies accordingly.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest in sales technologies and strategies to ensure that our lead generation processes are always top-notch.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales tools and software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Language Requirement: Candidates should be native speakers of either English or Mandarin Chinese to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
