【Job Overview】

As an integral part of IT development team, the ERP system engineer will play a crucial role in advancing SHL’s operations into the next level. We are looking for an ERP system engineer to join IT’s development team bringing SHL’s ERP operation into the next level. The primary focus will be on expertise in SAP technologies, including ERP system enhancement & optimization, SAP ABAP development, ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), Fiori & UI5 development, and SAP mobile solution development.

【Responsibilities】

• Work closely with stakeholders to define and deliver SAP solutions including new system enhancements and existing operational optimizations.

• Work closely with other team members on internal & external system integration solutions with state-of-the-art integration platform and technologies.

• Fostering a culture of collaboration and effective communication within an agile and flexible development team, emphasizing collaborative problem-solving.

• Stay abreast of emerging SAP technologies and industry trends, proactively incorporating new tools and methodologies to keep SHL's ERP system at the forefront of innovation.

• Create comprehensive documentation for developed solutions and share knowledge with team members to facilitate effective collaboration and skill development.

• Adhere to SHL’s security and privacy policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.

【Qualifications】

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information management, or related field.

• Proficient in hands-on development of SAP S/4 HANA add-ons, including but not limited to reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, CDS views, and SAP business processes.

• Fluent in Object Oriented Programming with ABAP.

• Experience working with IDOC, BAPI, and RESTful APIs.

• Hands-on experience with ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).

• Skilled in development using SAP BAS (Business Application Studio).

• Medium levle of English ability

【Preferred Qualifications】

1. Experience in developing SAP Mobile Development Toolkit.

2. Demonstrated expertise in implementing Fiori Apps.

3. Experienced Front End/UI5 developer with a track record of creating custom UI5/Fiori apps using an SAP backend on Hana Cloud Platform.

4. Hands-on experience in crafting custom SAP UI5 applications by utilizing OData services from an SAP backend.

5. Comprehensive understanding of the entire End-to-End Mobile App development process.
