財務系統-專案經理 | Project Manager ( For Finance Division )

Reporting to VP Finance, the Manager (Project Management) plays a strategic and integral role in Finance Division and will be responsible to drive and deliver finance transformation, finance-focused system implementation projects, and improvement initiatives. He/she will support CFO and VP Finance in transforming the Finance Division – to improve efficiency in transactional operations, enhance role of Finance as strategic Business Partners providing actionable business insights & performance measurement and towards real-time reporting.

Responsibilities

• Engage key finance business stakeholders, collect requirements and translate them into tender or user requirements specifications
• Assist finance stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, plans, and performance measurement criteria to ensure the completion of project deliverables
• Ensure projects will be delivered on time and within budget, where applicable
• Prepare and co-ordinate project organization, milestone roadmap, business requirements documentation (BRD), process documentation, resource requirements, and presentations to management
• Act as a key liaison between finance stakeholders, operations, and Transformation Division / Group IT for project needs and updates
• Prepare project plans and status updates to CFO and VP Finance, including change management plans/communications and post-implementation reviews
• Prepare/Lead monthly Systems and Continuous Improvement (CI) meeting
• Oversee IT-related administrative matters of the Division eg: Staff onboarding, Annual DR exercises
• Undertake any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by management

• Degree in Accounting, ACCA, Information Technology or related field
• At least 7-10 years of finance and systems implementation experience, including role as project manager or equivalent and leading teams
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and all levels of leadership
• Good understanding of finance processes, reporting, performance management and consolidation will be a plus
• Must demonstrate confidence, good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to drive project with sense of urgency and deal effectively with ambiguity
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC 6.0, Tableau, Jedox or other reporting tools will be an advantage
• PMI/PMP or Agile certifications will be a plus
