Requirements:
* Mastery over C or C++ or Golang
* Familiar with LLVM framework
* Familiar with UNIX system programming
* Deep understanding of compiler, virtual machine, and runtime

* Familiar with Ethereum
* Familiar with any consensus protocol (e.g. Tendermint, Stellar)
* Passion for open source contribution
