1. Lead and Manage Remittance & Deposit functions for providing quality operation service.
2. Supervise day to day activities including: transactions, domestic payment processing (inward and outward), cross boarder payment processing (inward & outward), settlement, and reporting (internal & external) under Remittance and Deposit functions.
3. Oversee the counter service including: checks, funds transfer, and AML matters.
4. To deal with regulatory for any government query.
5. Resolve problems occurred in Remittance & Deposit functions and escalate any potential issue to Management.
6. Periodically review procedure manuals and process flows to ensure updated guideline and information are in place.
1. University graduated.
2. At least 8 years banking experience in Remittance and Deposit.
3. Familiar with SWIFT and FX regulation.
4. Good command in speaking and writing in English.
5. Hard working, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
The good interactive communication skill is also a must.
