POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Marketplaces specialist to join our Sales Department and oversee day-to-day operations of multiple non-US Amazon marketplaces to drive significant growth of non US Marketplace channel sales. This entails maintaining and growing our competitive position, launching new products with excellent product images and content, delivering strong ROI on PPC advertising, analyzing and staying ahead of competitors, upholding our brand image and messaging, managing and forecasting marketplace-specific inventory demand and sell-through, and marketplace-specific performance metric reporting and improvement over time. You will work as part of the Sales Department, and focus all of your efforts on growing our sales and profits on the current and future non US marketplaces that we operate on.

The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple areas of the 3P marketplace in a fast-paced environment. The Marketplace Manager will be responsible for the overall management, analysis, and reporting within the channel. JOB DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define the strategy for ongoing rapid and profitable growth on Amazon non-US Marketplace channel.
• Own full P&L and deliver significant sustained profitable growth for existing and new products on the corresponding marketplaces.
• Collaborate with the internal team and manage the day-to-day relationship with our Amazon account manager.
• Manage all aspects of the Amazon channel including forecasting and reporting, listing / keyword / creative / store optimization, campaign / keyword analysis, inventory planning, brand registry, reviews, performance metrics, agency performance, CX, etc.
• Deliver high quality on-time launches of new products on the corresponding Amazon marketplaces.
• Conduct high quality analysis to develop accurate forecasts, identify issue root causes, identify performance growth opportunities.
• Develop plans for key sales periods including big promotion periods such as Prime Day as well as holiday seasons.
• Help oversee and coordinate FBA inventory planning and shipments working in collaboration with the Operational team.
• Monitor account health, performance, and resolve issues that may arise including order fulfillment and customer service.
• Keep up to date with seller best practices, tools, technologies, and proactively generate ideas on how to improve performance
• Ensure all Amazon activities are in line with the values, practices, goals, and priorities of the broader PicassoTiles Team
• Work in a highly collaborative and cross-functional way with the broader PicassoTiles Team

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of ecommerce experience w/ minimum 3+ years Amazon marketplace experience, preferred non-US marketplace experience. Seller Central experience is required.
• Highly knowledgeable in SEO, PPC, CRO and operations on Amazon
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Detail-oriented
• Experience with international marketplaces
• Knowledgeable and passionate about toys products
• Bachelor or MBA degree preferred.
