Job duties

• Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes
• Test business processes and recommend improvements
• Financial analysis including income statement analysis, balance sheet analysis, inventory reconciliation, intercompany transaction reconciliation, etc.
• Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents
• Identify automation opportunities
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand business performance
• Analyze process issues and bottlenecks and to make improvements
• Develop and maintain reporting tools
• Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling
• Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business
• Assist with project management for selected projects

Criteria

• Basic accounting knowledge (ex: able to read balance sheet and income statement, able to do simple journal entries)
• Advanced communication and comprehension skills
• 2-year+ experiences in business analysis or financial analysis
• Database knowledge will be a plus (ex: SQL, power query, etc.)
• Excel VBA will be a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business related
• Interpersonal and consultative skills
• Self-motivated
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Detailed oriented and Organized
