創辦人 Sway Teng 鄧萬偉 :
我曾在總部位於矽谷的公司工作過，也曾經因工作派駐在矽谷一段時間。我親身觀察矽谷除了人種多元與生活方式，其他的地方與台灣差異不太大。甚至矽谷 San Jose, Mountain View, Santa Clara, Milpitas 等等一帶的晚上相比台灣，顯得相對無趣而無法因夜生活激蕩出創意火花。
但為何矽谷相較台灣還是可以孕育出那麼多新創家？其實台灣敢創新的人還是有，但這群人好不容易鼓足勇氣大步跨出來，在碰到困難後因為遇不到第一個認同其夢想且伸出援手的人，而消失在新創並選擇回去原本的生活軌道。我想這才是台灣與矽谷一個最大的不同之處。
希望 STARBIT 的員工跟著公司歷經新創之路過程，翅膀硬了以後都可以飛出去成為老鷹，繼續傳承屬於他們這一輪的新創之路。

工作內容： 根據專案規格與視覺設計，完成 Layout 跟產品經理、技術人員溝通產品功能 跟後端工程師做 API 串接 針對內部標準的執行提出建議 團隊合作與持續學習 主管交辦事項

App 工程師 (Flutter)

工作內容： 依據產品規格規劃測試計畫，設計測試項目。 執行測試計畫。 藉由產品測試，確保產品的有效性及安全性，及確保產品的品質。 建立及追蹤 issues 直到完全解決。 開發自動化程式、設計自動化測試腳本。 必要條件： 熟悉 Postman 有軟體經驗，計算機相關專業 加分條件： 具有建立自動化測試項目流程的能力尤佳。 會使用 Cypress and K6
