In this role, you will be expected to focus on Key Account Growth for the first 3-6 months. Business development will be gradually increased when candidate demonstrate performance.
Key Account Growth will involve:
˙Develop and execute growth plan for each key account and ensuring growth result
is fulfilled.
˙Drive effective negotiations with KA decision maker to achieve both short/mid-
term business goals.
˙Lead and drive team collaboration including working closely with marketing,
supply chain, product, finance and the operations group to provide a compelling
growth solution to Key Accounts.
˙Maintain effective working relationship with Key Account decision maker, all-level
stakeholder and influencers.
Business Development will involve:
˙Identify opportunities with targeted market, industry, decision makers and
determine next step.
˙Approaching key stakeholders to establish rapport, meetings and engagement.
˙Planning and overseeing new business initiatives.
˙Drive business development result within expected time line.
˙Plan and establish the team and SOP within the organization for post BD
operation.
Working Experience:
1. Minimal 5 years of global level key account + 2 years of business development experience.
2. Experienced in the fields of (1) automotive mechanisms,(2) industrial workstation,
(3) shuttle-based automated storage and retrieval system would be a plus.
3. Proven experience in operating Key Accounts and BD in B2B channel.
4. Proven ability to provide tactical sales solutions for various business models.

2. Be able to conduct in-depth industry & customer study.
3. Strong key account management ability with proven results.
4. Proven result in key account growth and BD performances.
