DIY Watch Club is described as an innovative microbrand that enables watch enthusiasts to create their own timepieces with comprehensive DIY watch kits. The company is seeking to expand its presence in Taiwan and Japan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with our core team to introduce DIY Watch Club to Taiwan and Japan.
• Creating, editing, and localizing content for social media and online platforms targeted at Taiwanese and Japanese audiences.
• Conducting market research to understand consumer preferences and customize marketing campaigns accordingly.
• Collaborating with influencers and local partners to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjusting strategies as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of content creation and editing in Japanese and Mandarin (Traditional).
• Strong understanding of Taiwanese and Japanese consumer behavior and digital trends.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated with a passion for the DIY ethos and driving growth in new markets.
• 2 years' experience in a role focusing on market expansion or digital marketing preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Passion for watches is required.
