1. Min 3+ years work experience in IT Project management
2. PMP Certified / Agile Certified
3. Available activities at immediately or with short notice.
4. Must to have managing experience in handling e-commerce applications, Modern applications in .NET and React.js
5. Interested in challenging projects
6. Understand project requirements and manage the scope and plan of the project to make sure it adheres to the timeline, budget and scope
7. Define the strategic path to achieve near and long-term business objectives and ensure a successful Agile journey.
8. Developing and training high-performance teams and implementing LEAN budgeting.
9. Optimize initiatives through coaching, provide specialized Agile resources and fill gaps in the delivery teams.
10. Coach various teams to bring a pragmatic approach to the execution of agile best practices.
11. Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and other Agile ceremonies.
12. Provide a range of compliance-based advisory services to client stakeholders and use metrics effectively to improve the performance and quality of the team.
13. Translate business requirements to technical specifications, provide high level solution design
14. Manage and coordinate test plan, user sign off and go-live plan
15. Work with development team on effort assessment, and manage task assignments and deliverables
16. Handle regular stakeholder communication and project updates

1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology or related discipline with preference for an AGILE certification.
2. Certified scrum master with demonstrated experience leading squads and managing agile processes within a business transformation project.
3. Has a track record and strong experience operating effectively and delivering results in a large complex business.
4. Has strong stakeholder management abilities and can influence at the senior management level.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
