In today's fast changing world, we spend more than 1/3 of our time at work and we're pushed to the limits to fulfill our responsibilities in the workplace. While we devote so much energy to the tasks and expectations, often times we forget to take care of ourselves, physically, mentally or even socially.
Many companies provide wellness benefits to help employees work happier and more efficiently. However, most benefits provided are one size fits all, limiting the choice and accessibility for the employees. We want to change that.
We're building the next generation of the wellness platform that makes accessing wellness easier, faster, cheaper and more personal. You would be able to lead projects, learn and break things and help us shape the platform that'll redefine workplace wellness.
You will work closely with the founders to contribute product ideas, experiment new technologies and build creative solutions that will impact tens of thousands of people around the world.
Twic is fully remote! We believe people perform the best and produce the best work when they work at the comfort of their own schedule, location and style. No 9-5, no crazy commutes, just flexible schedules.
We also promote working healthy and happy and encourage wellness activities through reimbursement.

We have teammates in US, India, and Taiwan and we communicate through Slack, Asana and Google Hangouts. You would work closely with your counterparts on a daily basis, and every week we have a team sync up to check progress and set goals for the following week.
