Job Description
- Develop, maintain, and enhance trading models, algorithms, and systems.
- Identify opportunities within the Crypto market and propose trading strategies and work with quants and engineers to build strategies.
- Improve strategies to optimize flows and profit, and increase overall performance of each strategy from cost and revenue perspective.
- Collaborate with engineers to set up execution process for optimization.
Requirements
- Strong risk management and quantitative skills.
- A demonstrated interest and passion for Cryptocurrencies like following Web3/DeFi news and influencers.
- Excellent communication skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Knowledge and proven experience of Cryptocurrency products.
- A passion for investing and an aptitude for financial analysis and structuring.
- Experienced in Python or Node.js.
- Experienced in DeFi trading such as flash loan and liquidation.
- Experienced in Web3 activities such as airdrops and bounties.
