We are seeking a Backend Developer with a strong background in Node.js to join our dynamic team. This role is backend-heavy, focusing on building and optimizing high-complexity, high-load backend services for our crypto exchange and derivative products. • Collaborate in the development and maintenance of our exchange and derivative products.
• Work closely with the Product team to define and prototype feature specifications.
• Participate in the integration with external systems.
• Implement performance tuning and optimization strategies.
• Engage in code and design reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends in the crypto and blockchain space.

• A minimum of 4 years of practical experience working with Node.js and its frameworks, including Express and Nest.js.
• Advanced knowledge of Redis and MySQL.
• Familiarity with message brokers like RabbitMQ and Kafka.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining high-complexity backend services.
• A solid foundation in computer science, encompassing networking, storage, operating systems, and data structures.
• Ability to write optimized, high-quality, and testable code, adhering to best practices.
• The capability to take ownership of features, work independently, and proactively contribute.
• A passion for the crypto space and the desire to contribute to product development in this domain.
• A collaborative approach with a willingness to learn and work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic English communication skills.

Nice to have

• A good understanding of building performant and scalable microservices.
• Experience with Go, Rust, Solidity, or DApp development.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, and familiarity with the ELK stack.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, AWS, and Kubernetes.
• Professional experience in FinTech, Trading, Crypto, or Blockchain.
• Ability to conduct research and effectively transfer knowledge to the team.
