Job Description
- 進行KYC/CDD，對潛在客戶進行入職審核，並定期審查現有客戶。
- 在發現或觸發紅旗情況下，對潛在和現有客戶進行強化盡職調查（EDD）。
- 透過電子郵件與潛在客戶/客戶溝通，促進入職流程，解決KYC要求。
- 執行交易監控和錢包監控，調查不尋常的交易和活動，並準備可疑交易報告。
- 從合規角度審查新產品/工具。
- 根據適用的AML法規和公司政策管理文件保留。
- 根據需要更新和起草合規政策和程序。
- 實施合規程序和系統以滿足監管要求。
- 進行合規培訓，教育員工了解其AML/CFT義務、相關監管發展，以及合規政策和程序。
- 按照需要準備監管報告。
- 保持對相關監管新聞和更新的了解，識別可能對公司產生法律、監管、制裁或聲譽風險的風險。
