We are also part of the major blockchain conferences worldwide where you are able to meet the team and clients in person.

Responsibilities

• Weekly cash and bank monitoring
• AR/AP functions: issue invoices and process receipts entries; verify invoices, process payments and monitor reconciliation
• Staff claims review and processing
• Review and process staff claims
• Ownership of monthly financial operations: general ledger, journals, ar/ap, reconciliations and financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheet)
• Payment preparations
• Conduct monthly accounting close
• Quarterly Tax preparation
• Other assignments as requested

• Candidate must have at least 4 years of Bookkeeping experience
• Able to prioritize and deliver with minimal supervision
• Diligent and able to multitask
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
• A good team player
• Available to start ASAP
