【 About the role 】

Do you LOVE dogs and dream of working alongside puppies all day? We are Tomofun, the company of Furbo Dog Camera, and we're looking for an e-commerce intern to join our fast-growing team. As our e-commerce intern, you will work closely with the e-commerce managers and assist in various tasks related to website management, performance reporting and setting up emails. You will also have the opportunity to learn about site optimization and digital marketing strategy.

【 What You’ll Do 】

• Track and analyze the performance of our website and marketing campaigns
• Conduct research on pet-related trends, competitors, and customer behavior
• Provide support for the team to ensure website updates and changes align with optimization goals
• Assist in developing and implementing A/B testing plans for website elements such as landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action
• Other duties may be assigned from the e-commerce team

【 Who you are 】

• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
• Good command of written English
• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (business management, communications, marketing or a related field)
• Basic knowledge of marketing analytics is a plus (e.g. Google Analytics, Shopify, Any type of content management system)
• Self-motivated, attention to detail, and has a data-driven mindset
• Agile and able to adapt quickly
• Able to carry on the internship for at least 6 months
• Must love, love, love pets!
