3. Campaign Development: Create and manage automated marketing campaigns that span multiple channels, including but not limited to email, social media, and face-to-face sales.

4. Visualizers & Analytics: Build automated dashboards and visualizers that make campaign performance and data-driven decisions clear and actionable.

5. Onboarding & Learning: Spend the initial weeks gaining a comprehensive understanding of existing systems, technologies, and automation capabilities.

6. Client Ecosystem Growth: In subsequent weeks and months, focus on expanding our client base and improving customer satisfaction and engagement levels through automated processes.

7. PR & Media Outreach: Oversee automated public relations efforts, including interactions with the media, press releases, and social media campaigns.

8. Team Leadership: As the AI department expands, this role may evolve to include team management responsibilities to scale our marketing efforts.

1. Bachelor’s Degree: In Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing, with at least 2 years focused on marketing automation platforms and technologies.

3. Technical Skills: Strong experience with AI/machine learning and data analytics tools. Familiarity with CRM software and other marketing automation tools.

4. Leadership: Ability to manage projects independently and potentially lead a team as the department grows.

5. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams and communicating with stakeholders.
