Responsibilities:
• Deploy software to test and production environments supporting the iterative and project life cycles.
• Assist with communication during critical launches and support events
• Perform tasks for projects and support assignments using established procedures
• Ensure internal documentation and knowledge reference pages are updated
• Provide prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to internal and external
• Work with other support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support

Required Experience and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with the SDLC and Release Management methodologies
• Demonstrate best practices in full life cycle of software development activities
• Effective communication skills
• High standard of quality and focus on customer satisfaction
