Layout Designer
Job Description
1. Perform design and layout of new device as part of technology development
2. Design and layout of test structures
3. Analyse electrical data of devices under development and propose design improvement
4. Work closely with TCAD engineer and process integration engineer on new platform development
Requirements
1. Good understanding of power device physics and processing
2. Experiences with layout of power IC/discrete or compound semiconductor device
3. Experience with HV device design is a plus
