As a HR Coordinator Intern at ViewSonic, you will contribute to HR functions including talent acquisition, Training & Development (T&D) and employee relationship. You will support and maintain internal learning platform and partner with the HRBPs, HR team and dept. managers to provide HR Admin Support and make sure HR practices are in line with business goals.

"Note": Long-term Intern (above 3 working days per week) or Contractor is available for this job.

Responsibilities
• Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
• Maintain online e-learning system and coordinate with dept. contact person to renew the online learning materials
• Maintain records of personnel-related data
• Support recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, assisting in shortlisting, prepare employment contracts etc.
• Perform on-boarding for new hires and update personal data in HR systems
• Support daily HR work for interns/ part-timers
• Coordinate admin stuff for training sessions and workshops
• Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like employee relationship projects
• Support other functions as assigned

[Qualifications]
• Good command of English Verbal and Written Skills.
• Hands-on and willing to handle paper work.
• Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Premiere is a plus
• BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus
