3. Ensure brand reputation are positively enhanced by social media monitoring and activities 

4. Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns, influencer marketing campaigns, and PR initiatives, including budget allocation, content creation, and performance tracking. 

5. Collaborating with CS team to actively manage customer feedback issues, and with product and sales teams to develop and execute plans and strategies as well as applying social insights to the broader business. 

6. Work closely with creative & design team in brainstorming on-trend ideas and laying out highest quality contents.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in media planning, with a strong focus on social media planning, influencer marketing, or PR relationship, within the US market is preferred. 

2. Hands-on experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing social media campaigns, influencer marketing campaigns, and PR initiatives, including budget allocation, content creation, and performance tracking. 

3. Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative ideas for media plans that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement. 

4. Experience in defining a consumer brand voice and in implementing a corresponding strategy across channels. 

5. A passion for innovative & tech or consumer electronics. 

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, external partners, and present media plans and strategies in a clear and compelling manner.
