We are seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to lead our monitor software planning and development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, and project management, and a deep understanding of the display industry. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our quality standards.

-Job Description
•Software Project Oversight: Lead software projects that enhance monitor functionality, focusing on on-screen display (OSD) menus, firmware, and companion applications.
•Project Planning Excellence: Develop comprehensive project plans that include meticulous schedules and resource allocation, ensuring diligent monitoring and tracking of progress while aligning with marketing strategies and product launch timelines.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with product management, engineering, design, and QA teams to outline project requirements, scope, and goals, aligning with marketing strategies.
•Market and User Focus: Maintain a steadfast commitment to understanding and addressing user needs and navigating market dynamics to ensure our software solutions meet customer expectations and drive user satisfaction.
•Trend Awareness and Innovation: Keep abreast of the latest trends in monitor software and display technology, and drive innovation to meet and set new industry standards.

-Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor's or Master's degree. Preferred in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•Proven working experience (3+ years) in software project management.

-Professional Skills Requirement:
•Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
•Proficient in project management principles and best practices.
•Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

-Preferred Qualifications:
•Prior experience specifically in monitor software development or related areas.
•Experience managing cross-functional teams in a multicultural and multinational environment.
•Knowledge of the monitor/display industry, market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
