# Responsibilities

- Develop features such as animation curves, mesh morphing, retargeting, and IK in Javascript.

- Develop graphics tools and widgets on the web browser to enhance UX and interactivity with WebGL.

- Integration of WebGL features and components into production code.

- Develop and maintain user-facing features.

- Ensure the feasibility of UX/UI designs.

- Building reusable code and libraries.

- Optimize the performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with the different roles of team members.

- Develop the immersive web application through Web XR technologies.

- Optimize UI for different touchpoints, such as mobile devices, desktops, VR HMDs, etc.

# Qualification

- 1+ years experience in a professional programming position.

- Demonstrated ability to implement a 3D editor or animation software, such as animation curves,

rigging, and retargeting

- Proficient understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Good understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.

- Good understanding of asset bundling frameworks, such as webpack.

- Good understanding of frontend UI frameworks, such as ReactJS, and VueJS.

- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

# Nice to have

- Experience with WebGL and frameworks (three.js / Babylog.js)

- Experience with shaders (GLSL/HLSL)

- Understand basic backend technologies, a full-stack engineer.
