communities for different artists and music genres.
c. Overlook digital advertising strategy
i) Ensure best practices / most effective platforms are used.
ii) Overlook media buying and audience retargeting strategies.
iii) Ensure advanced audience targeting is used effectively in all advertising
campaigns.
d. Setup tools to drive efficiency
i) CMS for building mini campaign sites e.g. Mini sites.
ii) Social listeners and analytical tools.
e. Drive innovation and ensure that team members are adhering to best
practices.
f. Develop and execute data capturing strategy / techniques.
g. Provide digital consultancy and training to local marketing teams.

a. Grow and refine CRM and audiences to a size that can affect market share.
