5G Solution Architect

The 5G solution Architect refers to supervising our O-RAN solution in response to the rapidly changing mobile communications technologies. He/She will be in charge of involving deep into whole RAN solution sales process, from drafting RFI/RFP, design-in, and technical consultant for satisfying customer for retention lifelong. The expertise not only assisting BD/PreSales engagement. He majority involve and technical-guiding our customers scoping most suitable network fitting field scenarios and beyond 4G/Wi-Fi 6 experiences (QoE) satisfied.

• BS Degree in EE/CS/CE (Electronic Engineering/Computer Science/Communication Engineering) with (5 years+) working experience
• Capability supervising 5 to 12 development team in a project cooperating with PLM and interact with different stake holders
• Knowledge of cell planning or SON in 5G
• Availability and willingness for business travel.
• Time shift required.

Skills and Experiences:

• Proactively drive the solution/product spec-in and assisting BD win the bidding.
• Drafting system HLD (High-Level-Design) and unit test plan based on PreSales/PM package and commitment delivered.
• Former experiences at LTE/5G RF design MU-MIMO and Beamforming methodology.
• Former background in wireless communication protocols(L2,L3) methodology.
• Knowledge of Cloud Native based Micro-service architecture.

Desired Qualifications:

• Advanced technical degree (MS/PhD) is a plus.
• ODM/OEM third-parties management and sourcing experiences.
• Familiarity with industry standard network performance (KPI) measurement.
• Experiencing evolve into (UMTS/LTE/5G) network security and/or vulnerability assessments for cyber attacking.
