Job Description

Managing the 3rd party service provider to smoothen the logistics operation from inbound to outbound process and optimize the efficient delivery of goods to satisfy the customer expectation.

  • Ensure daily orders to be released to OMS (order management system) of 3rd party vendor system to smoothen the order fulfillment operation and shipped at timely manner.
  • Review and analyze sales/orders trend to provide order projection to 3PL to help arrange adequate manpower smoothly.
  • Coordinate with IT teams for any troubleshooting from systems between Amway and 3PL to solve the issues .
  • Setting the receiving specifications to procurement team and vendors, like shipping carton, barcode, item master information to make sure the accuracy for storage.
  • Manage the accuracy of receiving and coordinate the warehouse space capacity, including sellable items, personal information documents, non-sellable materials and etc. for well-stored.
  • Scheduling the work order of product over labelling and assembling to fulfill the order demand.
  • Manage the re-work quality to ensure the accuracy.
  • Monitor and manage 3rd party service provider to complete the daily orders on picking and delivery efficiency to sustain high quality service to fulfill customers’ demand at timely manner.
  • Handle OS&D (overage, shortage & damage) with 3PL and take prompt action for the irregular situation to minimize the inconvenient impact for ABO/customers.
  • Timely respond the customer complaint cases.
  • Monitor and measure KPIs of 3PL’s operation performance to ensure the working quality as expected.
  • Reconcile monthly payment request from 3PL partner for accurate verification.
  • l Analyze the opportunity of logistics operation for cost down or experience enhancement.

Requirements

Education background:

  • University graduate or above and BA or logistics management
  • At least 3 years’ experience in supply chain or logistics management.

Special Skill Requirement:

  • Good interpersonal skill,
  • Good analytical skills’ ability
  • l Good in English speaking, listening, reading and writing
